CBPS accepts various types of medico –legal referrals. Most commonly, this will be for a company operating as a conduit between a solicitor acting on behalf of an individual and CBPS.

CBPS also accepts referrals directly from solicitors and Social Services on
behalf of their clients.

CBPS can also act as an expert witness in cases where a psychological or psychiatric opinion is needed, particularly if time is of the essence.
