We can see a patient within 2 weeks of referral for an assessment and to provide a clinical opinion. Within 48 hours of the appointment we will feedback to you with our view of the best treatment option, whether that is therapy by CBPS or whether an alternative is indicated. If therapy by CBPS is the agreed option, then this can be started immediately. Feedback to you will be at a frequency decided by you. Remember that CBT is not an open-ended approach, but goal oriented and aimed at giving the client the necessary tools to keep them psychologically healthy.
